United airlines offers flights 2x a day from Denver (DEN) to Moab Canyonlands Airport. (CNY). This is the same airport the DZ is on. This is by far the most convenient way to arrive. Car rental is available at the airport.
Other alternatives include flying into Saltlake city (SLC). 3.5 hr drive from Moab. Or flying into Grand Junction, Co (GJT) which is a 1.5 hr drive.

Parking and registration

Parking is available on the airport. Please no campers or RVs in the parking lot. Proceed to the registration tent located outside the fence. There will be no paper waivers available at registration so please sign the waver now or be ready to fill it out on your phone. There is no admittance onto the airport without a waiver on file. Staff will be waiting to check ID and a rigger will be on site to check gear. You will also need to provide proof of current USPA membership and your license. We will have a weekend code available to the gate. No more waiting or needing a staff member to come or go.

Camping / Hotels

Free primitive camping is available at Blue Hills campground located adjacent to the airport. This is also where the party happens. Be aware. There is additional free primitive camping just down the road at Willow springs RD. While we love to party we try and keep it at the dropzone and not party at the hotel. If you prefer paid camping Slick Rock Campground is the closest park with Full hookups and bathrooms/showers. We recommend our friends the adventure lodge for those jumpers who are a bit more civilized.

Aircraft

We will be flying a twin otter at the airport all day. A Pac 750 will be flying offsite loads and turning loads when on the DZ. A 182 will be running off-site loads on Thursday Sept19th, and any loads of interest into Gemini Bridges.

The party

Oh the party. Who can remember what happens at the party. Let’s just say you should be there. Everybody knows about this party, sadly that includes the cops. Please don’t drink and drive. They will be waiting for you to pull onto the main road.
